10/100Base-T The Ethernet with data transmission speed of 10Mbps or 100Mbps,  compliant with the IEEE-802.3 specification,  may use the twisted pair line or the optical cable transmission.
3G The third generation mobile communication technology (3rd-generation),  a cellular mobile communication technology that supports high-speed data transmission,  can transmit sound and data simultaneously.
4G The fourth generation Mobile communication standard (4th-generation),  including LTE and FDD-LTE two formats,  enables fast transmission of data and high-quality audio, video, and images.
4K Refers to 4K resolution,  that is,  4096 × 2160 pixel resolution,  are a ultra-high resolution.
720P The display format that achieves 1280×720 resolution by progressive scanning. The number 720 indicates that there are 720 horizontal scanning lines in the vertical direction,  and the letter P (Progressive scan) indicates a progressive scan.
802.1x Based on Client/server access control and authentication protocols,  you can restrict unauthorized user/device access to the network.
960P The display format that achieves 1280×960 resolution by progressive scanning. The number 960 indicates that there are 960 horizontal scanning lines in the vertical direction,  and the letter P (Progressive scan) indicates a progressive scan.
1080P The display format of the resolution that achieves 1920×1080 by progressive scanning. The number 1080 indicates that there are 1080 horizontal scanning lines in the vertical direction,  and the letter P (Progressive scan) indicates a progressive scan.
AC Alternating Current。
API Application Programming Interface, Is a pre-defined function that enables developers to access functional interfaces or services without accessing the source code or understanding the internal working mechanism.
BNC Bayonet Nut

Connector,is a connector for coaxial cables.

Bonjour Also known as “0 configuration Networking”,  it means allowing devices to automatically discover computers,  devices,  and services on an IP network without entering an IP address or configuring a DNS server.
Saturation The vividness or purity of the color depends on the ratio of its coloring component and the achromatic component (gray).
Backup In order to prevent the system from operating errors or system failures, lead to data loss,  all or part of the data stored for data recovery.
Bit rate The number of bits transmitted per unit of time,  in units of bps (bits per second).
Baud rate The number of times the signal changes on a transmission line per unit

time,is an indicator of the bandwidth of the transmission channel in Baud.

CCD Charge-coupled Device,  a charge-coupled element that converts an optical signal into an electrical signal.
CCTV Close Circuit Television Inspection,  an image communication system.
CIF Common Intermediate Format,  is a standard collection of video capture device resolution,  in the PAL system is 352 × 288,  in the NTSC system is 352 × 240.
CMOS Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor is a semiconductor material made of two elements,  silicon, and germanium,  used as an image sensor for a camera,  which is capable of converting an acquired optical signal into a digital signal.
CVBS Composite Video Broadcast

Signal,is the traditional image data transmission method of the National Television Standards Committee (NTSC) television signal to simulate the waveform transmission data,  which is the first generation video display output mode.

Sampling frequency The number of samples taken per second from the continuous signal and composed of discrete signals,  in Hz (Hz).
D1 Digital TV system display format standard.
DC Direct Current.
DDNS Dynamic Domain Name System, Refers to the dynamic IP address of the user is mapped to a fixed domain name resolution service. Each time the user connects to the network, the client sends the dynamic address of the host to the server program located on the service provider’s host through the information transmission. The server program is responsible for providing DNS services and dynamic domain name resolution. That user does not need to record the ever-changing IP address, just through the domain name to access the device or address.
DHCP Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol is a LAN network protocol for the internal network or network service providers to automatically assign IP addresses for the management of computer IP address to provide a unified management tool.
DNS Domain Name System, Refers to the domain name and corresponding IP address used to store all the hosts in the network and has the function of converting the domain name to IP address.
DSCP Differentiated Services Code Point, Is to ensure the QoS of the communication, for each packet IP header 8 identification bytes (6 bits used and unused 2 bits) for encoding, to distinguish the service category, to distinguish the priority of the service.
DVI Digital Visual Interface, the digital display interface standard developed by the Digital Display Working Group is based on the conversion of the minimum differential signaling (TMDS) technology to transmit digital signals, with DVI-A, DVI-D and DVI-I three different interfaces, DVI-A can only transmit analog signals, DVI-D can only transmit digital signals, DVI-I can be compatible with analog and digital signals.
Electronic shutter A device that controls the photosensitive time of an image sensor electronically.
Contrast Refers to the difference in brightness between the brightest white area and the darkest black area in an image; the greater the difference, the greater the contrast value, and vice versa.
Multiple access Technology that enables a network to be accessed by multiple nodes, called Multiple access.
