Purchase Order

Generally, you shall purchase our products by issuing a written purchase order signed by an authorized representative, indicating product names and descriptions, quantity, price, total purchase price, shipping instruction, requested delivery date, bill-to and ship-to addresses, and any other special instructions and information. For purchase order, we usually accept three payment method including Bank Transfer, Paypal, Western Union. If you feel that those payment methods are accepted, please send your PO to sales@optcore.net or contact your sales representative directly. We will confirm your purchase order within 1 business days.

Proforma Invoice Order

If you don’t want to make a purchase order, you can make an agreement with your sale representative in Optcore and our sales will send you proforma invoice,you can just confirm our proforma invoice instead of issuing the purchase order, on our proforma invoice sent to the customers, we will also list product names and descriptions, quantity, price, total purchase price, shipping instruction, requested delivery date, bill-to and ship-to address, and any other special instructions and information.

Track an Order

Generally, we will send you a tracking number to track your order when we shipped the products. If you still have any questions about the order, you can contact our service at info@optcore.net or your sales representative directly.

Paying with Wire Transfer

Payment is sent directly from your bank to Optcore, usually, we will have your payment within 2~4 business days.
Please send us the T/T payment slip and invoice number to sales@optcore.net or contact your sales representative.

Paying with Western Union

Except for bank wire transfer and Paypal, we also accept Western Union. The Western Union charge that applies to Optcore is based on the total amount of your order. For our information you need for Western Union transfer, please send an email at sales@optcore.net  or contact your contact your sales representative.

Simply bring your cash payment in local currency (where applicable) to a participating Western Union Agent location, and complete the Payment Services /Quick Pay form (also known as the Blue Form). Within minutes, you will receive a notification indicating your payment is completed. A small fee is charged for this service.

The Steps lists as below:
• Visit a Western Union Agent location.
• Complete the To Send Money form, including – Receiver’s first and last name- The city and country to which the money is being sent.
• Receiver’s telephone number.
• Collect the receipt from the clerk.
• Please offer the following information to us at sales@optcore.net or your sales representative.
• MTCN (money transfer control No.)
• Sender’s First and Last Name
• Amount Collected, Currency
• Send’s Address
• Send’s Country

Paying with Paypal

Note: you need to take the Paypal fee (Paypal fee≈4.40%*total amount)

NET 15/30 Terms

We also provide Net 15 or Net 30 days terms for the large business customer, contact us to download the Application Form to request your credit.

After-Sale Service

However, in few cases, maybe you are not satisfied with our products or service, don’t worry about that, we are responsible for every original product sold by Optcore with 30 Days Return and Exchange Policy and 3-Year Warranty Policy. Online Shipping

Optcore has the online store on eBay and Aliexpress to help you shopping very easy, just register and login our eBay store or Aliexpress Store, choose what you want, add to the cart, issue payment, and shipping information, you will finish an order quickly. Then we will arrange the shipment soon.

Processing Time and Shipping Time

Most of the orders will be processed and be shipped within 1~2 business day excluding some custom items. The specific shipping time various the destination and the shipping service you choose, the customs in your country. If you have a strict requirement of delivery time, you may contact the sales representative before your purchase, we will recommend you an appropriate shipment method. Three-Year Limited Warranty

Optcore warrants to the original customer or purchaser that each of its fiber optic products, and all components thereof, will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of three years from the original factory shipment date. Any warranty hereunder is extended to the original consumer or purchaser and is not assignable. Optcore makes no express or implied warranties including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly set forth in this warranty. In no event shall Optcore be liable for incidental or consequential damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the performance of the product delivered hereunder. Optcore will in no case cover damages arising out of the product being used in a negligent fashion or manner.

Returns Requirements

The customer or buyer must obtain a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Optcore for all product returns. RMAs will be issued in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
• The customer must provide all information as required by Optcore for all returns, i.e. location of the product, the reason for return, purchase order number.
• RMA# are valid for 20 calendar days from the date of issuance.
• Purchaser must allow for in-transit time for products to be returned to the Optcore, as the Optcore must physically receive the products within the 20 calendar days.
• RMAs will be issued for authorized returns under one of the following categories: (i) defective products, (ii) shipping discrepancies, (iii) mis-shipment, or (iii) damaged product.
• The customer or buyer is responsible for ensuring that the RMA number is clearly visible on the address label of the product packaging when it is returned. Optcore will refuse delivery of any boxes without a valid, clearly visible RMA number as noted above.

Defective Product Returns

Defective returns are only for products purchased from Optcore that are inoperable or do not function in accordance with the specifications and are covered under the warranty.
All defective returns may be subject to more restrictive policies. The customer or buyer may request an RMA for the return of defective products, excluding special order products, within 30 calendar days of invoice date. Upon receipt of the defective product for which the RMA was issued, Optcore may test the products and may return to the customer or buyer, at the customer’s expense, any products found not to be defective. Upon verification that the returned product is defective, Optcore may will either (i) repair the defective Product, (ii) ship the customer/buyer a replacement product, or (iii) provide the customer/buyer a credit.
