Generally, you shall purchase our products by issuing a written purchase order signed by an authorized representative, indicating product names and descriptions, quantity, price, total purchase price, shipping instruction, requested delivery date, bill-to and ship-to addresses, and any other special instructions and information. For purchase order, we usually accept three payment method including Bank Transfer, Paypal, Western Union. If you feel that those payment methods are accepted, please send your PO to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact your sales representative directly. We will confirm your purchase order within 1 business days.
Proforma Invoice Order
If you don’t want to make a purchase order, you can make an agreement with your sale representative in Optcore and our sales will send you proforma invoice,you can just confirm our proforma invoice instead of issuing the purchase order, on our proforma invoice sent to the customers, we will also list product names and descriptions, quantity, price, total purchase price, shipping instruction, requested delivery date, bill-to and ship-to address, and any other special instructions and information.
Track an Order
