I am looking for transceivers for my Lancom GS-1224 switch and Planet GT-805A media converter.

Is it correct choice for my lancom GS-1224 switch (LANCOM SFP-LX-LC1 is dedicated transceiver for my switch) and Planet GT-805A media converter?
And the main question: Will this two transceivers work togehter?
I mean LANCOM SFP-LX-LC1 Compatible 1000BASE-LX 1310nm 20km SFP Transceiver on one end fiber link and Planet MGB-LX Compatible 1000BASE-LX 1310nm 20km SFP Transceiver on second end fiber link.
