We are trying to configure the SFP module we received from you (Cisco GLC-EZX-SMD Compatible 1000BASE-EZX SFP 1550nm 120km Transceiver) with cisco WS-C2960X-24TS-L. the SFP port is not showing active light. my engineer said one side SFP should be 1550nm and another side 1310nm. would you please advise us what could be the reason?

This SFP module operates on wavelength 1550nm, not work with 1310nm, please help to send us some pictures to check the problems.

we made the connection cross then it’s working. RX to tx and tx to RX. by the way, may I get the same SFP SC ? this LC required two cores for a single connection.

That’s great to work, please ensure not to connect in short distance without an attenuator, or else the 120km transceiver will be damaged.
SFP SC can be provided but only support a max distance of 20km, check this link for details.
