May I get the same distance 220m with OM1?

Thanks for your question, we assume you are talking about the 10GBASE-LRM SFP+ module. This LRM module supports a 220m link distance over 10G OM3 fiber cable, you should use mode conditioning patch (MCP) cables with OM1 fiber cable to reach maximum distance.
