We need 10GBASE-T SFP+ transceiver, like this one https://www.optcore.net/product/10gbase-t-copper-30m-rj45-sfp-transceiver/  As per ‘plug and play’ yes these modules are with other 10GBase-T PHYs when auto-negotiation is enabled. However, there are scenarios for our use case where we will need to read/write the transceiver’s internal PHY registers for additional status and control, i.e., diagnostic loopback, force speed change, etc… So I will need to know the PHY registers for my S/W folks to access.
