We are interested in the OPT155-3123TTR transceivers.  What is the maximum fiber diameter that can be used? 62.5 um or 50um? We are considering using OM3 or OM1 and want to ensure compatibility.  Also, the ST receptacles on the transceivers are metal, correct? Thanks.

Hi,
Both 62.5um and 50um fiber cable can be used with this transceiver, it means you could use OM1/OM2/OM3 fiber cable.
But the different fiber cable supports a different max transmission distance, generally speaking, OM1<OM2<OM3.
ST connector is metal. I hope this is hopeful for you.
