3G-SDI BiDi SFP Video Transceiver Module (SMF, 1310nm-TX/1550nm-RX, 10km, LC, DOM)
The 3G BiDi SFP optical transceiver module is specially designed for broadcast video transmission applications over single-mode fiber (SMF). It supports data rates from 270Mbps to 2.97Gbps per 3G-SDI, HD-SDI, and SD-SDI standards. This transceiver is ideal for pathological signal pattern transmission. Unlike regular video transceivers, this 3G BiDi SFP transmits an optical SDI signal and receives an optical SDI signal over a single fiber link up to 10km. By doing so, the network operator can double the transmission capacity without deploying new fiber. Please note that this 3G-SDI bidirectional SFP must be paired with another transceiver or a network appliance that operates on complementary wavelengths.
