12G BiDi SFP+ Video Transceiver Module (SMF, 1270nm-TX/1330nm-RX, 10km, LC, DOM)
The 12G BiDi SFP+ optical transceiver module is specially designed for broadcast video transmission applications over single-mode fiber (SMF). It supports data rates from 270Mbps to 11.88Gbps per 12G-SDI, 6G-SDI, 3G-SDI, HD-SDI, and SD-SDI standards. This transceiver is ideal for pathological signal pattern transmission. Unlike regular video transceivers, this 12G BiDi SFP+ transmits an optical SDI signal and receives an optical SDI signal over a single fiber link. By doing so, the network operator can double the transmission capacity without deploying new fiber. Please note that these 12G bidirectional SFP+ must be paired with another transceiver or network appliance that operates on complementary wavelengths.
