This Nvidia/Mellanox MFM1T02A-ZR60-BXD compatible SFP+ BiDi transceiver supports 10GBASE-BX60 throughput up to 60km over a single strand of single-mode fiber (SMF). Unlike the regular SFP+, this 10G BiDi ZR transceiver features a simplex LC connector that integrates a DFB transmitter and an APD receiver. By utilizing the WDM technology, it can transmit a 1330nm wavelength and receive a 1270nm signal simultaneously on the same fiber. This design effectively doubles transmission capacity without requiring new fibers, thereby simplifying the fiber cabling infrastructure and reducing network infrastructure costs. As a third-party supplier, OPTCORE provides 10GBASE-BX60-D SFP+ BiDi ZR at a very affordable price when compared to the original MFM1T02A-ZR60-BXD. Each transceiver has been coded and passes the test with the 10G SFP+ port of Nvidia/Mellanox network switches, routers, servers, and network interface cards (NICs). Please note that this SFP+ BiDi module must be used in matched pairs with another complementary wavelength.
