This F5 F5-UPG-SFP+-TX-100M compatible transceiver is a third-party 10GBASE-T SFP+ copper 100m module from OPTCORE. With an upgraded design over the standard 10GBASE-T SFP+ RJ45 transceiver, it overcomes the 30m short distance limitation. It supports up to 100m links over Cat6a / Cat7 cable, which is enough for normal UTP cabling. With those features, this module allows users to connect to a 10G high-speed ecosystem while using legacy copper cabling, making it ideal for data centers, SMB/SOHO, and enterprise networks. Unlike OEM suppliers, this product is manufactured by OPTCORE, providing an affordable alternative to the original F5-UPG-SFP+-TX-100M.
