This Brocade E1MG-LHA-OM-T compatible SFP industrial transceiver supports 1000BASE-ZX industrial Ethernet connectivity and 1G fiber channel application. Depending on the fiber cable quality and link loss, it supports a maximum link distance of 70km or 80km over LC duplex single-mode fiber (SMF) at a wavelength of 1550nm. This hot-swappable transceiver complies with the SFP MSA, IEEE 802.3z, and SFF-8472 standards, making it suitable for any MSA-compliant equipment. Instead of an OEM supplier, it is produced by a third-party manufacturer, OPTCORE. Hence, this SFP offers a very affordable price compared to the original E1MG-LHA-OM-T.
Unlike the commercial transceiver, this 1G SFP ZX industrial transceiver is made with hardened IC and optical components. It also passes extensive high and low temperature tests, allowing it to support an extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Therefore, it is ideal for long-reach industrial networks in harsh environments, including telecommunication, data processing and management, industrial and factory automation, machine control, surveillance, mining, oil and gas, rail, intelligent transportation systems (ITSs), and other outdoor applications.
