This SFP+ AOC cable is a cheaper alternative to Supermicro CBL-SFP+AOC-7M 10G SFP+ active optical cable. It is suitable for short connection between two SFP+ ports in 10G interconnecting networking applications, such as high-performance computing (HPC), enterprise networking including top-of-rack switching and network storage markets. The 10G SFP+ AOC fiber cable is with lightweight that better than the 10G SFP+ copper DAC cable. The CBL-SFP+AOC-7M replacement has been programmed at the factory to ensure working well with Supermicro servers, adapter cards, and switches, and ideal for your 10G fiber network deployment.
