622Mbps Multimode 1×9 Industrial Transceiver Module (MMF, 850nm, 550m, SC/ST/FC, 3.3V/5V, -40~85°C)

The OPT622-8505xxTR series are high-performance and cost-effective multi-mode 1×9 industrial optical transceivers for serial optical communication applications in industrial environments. They are suitable for SDH STM-4, SONET OC-12, and ATM (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) designs at the 622Mb/s rate. This series 1×9 industrial optics transceiver provides a 0.5km transmission distance over multi-mode fiber at a nominal wavelength of 850nm.

Each 1×9 industrial optics transceiver consists of a transmitter section and a receiver section. The transmitter incorporates a highly reliable 850 nm VCSEL Laser and a driver circuit that converts Pseudo Emitter Coupled Logic(PECL) data to the light signal. The receiver incorporates an efficient InGaAs/InP PIN photodiode converting the light signal into an electrical current which is amplified and regenerated into PECL compatible data.

The OPT622-8505xxTR series 1×9 industrial optics transceiver provides with choice of duplex SC, FC, or ST receptacle for different clients.
