Optcore 24-fiber OM4 MPO loopback is typically used for fiber test and measurement procedures in MPO networking environments. It is designed to effectively test the fiber transmitter capability and receiver sensitivity of network components and systems such as 100GBASE-SR10 CFP/100GBASE-SR10 CXP transceivers that feature an MPO interface. By connecting them to MPO/MTP trunks/patch leads, MPO loopback can facilitate and accelerate the IL testing of optical network segments.
