Extreme Networks 10GB-BX40-D Compatible 10GBASE-BX40-D SFP+ Module (SMF, 1330nm-TX/1270nm-RX, 40km, LC, DOM)

The Extreme Networks 10GB-BX40-D compatible SFP+ module is programmed in the factory, and works with a wide range of Extreme Networks equipment such as 10G switches, routers, network interface cards (NICs) and Ethernet media converters. It is a hot-pluggable small-form-factor Bi-Directional transceiver designed for 10G BiDi duplex optical data communications application. The module features a highly reliable 1330nm DFB transmitter and 1270nm PIN photo-detector into LC Simplex optical connector, that provides 40 km link distance over single-strand single-mode fiber. This product must be used together with 10GB-BX40-U.
