Optcore’s OSP155-312DCR-EXT is a high-performance small form factor pluggable (SFP) transceiver for 155Mbps (SONET OC-3 and SDH STM-1) short reach the application. It fully complies with the SFP Multi-Sourcing Agreement (MSA) and can be used on the MSA compliant networking equipment. The 155Mbps SFP transceiver consists of the below sections: the LD driver, the limiting amplifier, the digital diagnostic monitor, the FP laser and the PIN photo-detector. The SFP transceiver module is a Class 1 laser product complies with FDA/CDRH and IEC-60825 standards.
The OSP155-312DCR-EXT SFP transceiver is tested to be compatible with Extreme networking equipment for SONET/SDH (POS), optical networking and ATM applications. It is an ideal equivalent to Extreme 10063 OC-3/STM-1 Multi-mode SFP optics module but with much lower price, which provides a reliable compatible SFP optics transceiver solution for ICT system integrator, distributors and end users in network infrastructure and fiber cabling.
