You may order the items from our online store. Check below guide to learn how to process an online order.

Purchase Order

Generally, you may purchase our products by issuing a written purchase order signed by an authorized representative. It should indicate product names and descriptions, quantity, price, total purchase price, shipping instruction, requested delivery date, bill-to and ship-to addresses, and other special instructions and information. 

We usually accept three payment methods for purchase orders, including Bank Transfer, Paypal, Credit card. If you feel that those payment methods are accepted, please send your PO to [email protected] or contact your sales representative directly. We will confirm your purchase order within one business day.

Proforma Invoice Order

If you don’t want to make a purchase order, you can agree with your sales representative in Optcore, and our sales will send you a proforma invoice. You can confirm our proforma invoice instead of issuing the purchase order.

Our proforma invoice sent to the customers will also list product names and descriptions, quantity, price, total purchase price, shipping instruction, requested delivery date, bill-to and ship-to address, and any other special instructions and information.

How can I edit or change my order?

If you want to edit your order, please follow these steps.

  • If you place an order with the wrong address or phone number, please contact us to correct it manually.
  • If you place an order with the wrong part number or quantity, you should contact us to cancel the order and then place a new order with the correct items.
  • If you don’t need them temporarily, please contact us to cancel the order.

Can I Get a Discount for Order?

If you want to get a discount, check our website first. If the product option shows “11% OFF”, you’ll get an 11% discount. 
 
If you have a bulk order, please contact us for a special discount.

Using a Coupon Code

2. Choose the products you want to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.
3. Enter a valid coupon code on the shopping cart page and click “Apply Now“.
 
Notes:

You can use only one coupon code for each order.
Coupon codes cannot be applied to items that are on sale.

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order that has already been placed, please reach out to our customer service team directly at [email protected] or +86 512 6592 2701

  • If the order payment status is “Pending”, you can contact us to help cancel your order. 
  • If the order has already been paid but has not shipped out yet, you can contact us to cancel the order and get a refund. But you will be charged a 4.4% PayPal fee.
  • If the order has already been sent out, we can not help you to cancel the order. You may choose to send back the unopened products after you’ve received them, and we will refund the money upon receipt of the returned items. But you will be charged returned shipping and customs clearance fees.

How can I edit my order? 

You cannot edit your order once it has been placed. However, if your order is still on hold or processing, please contact us to make manual changes.

  • Add or remove items
  • Increase or decrease quantities

Track an Order

Generally, when your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with the carrier name, tracking number, shipping date, and items’ details. You may track your package as below link.

  • Login your account > Find the related order and click the “View” button > You will find the tracking number below “Order updates

Multiple Item Orders

In most cases, we will ship multiple items in one shipment. However, We may split your order into multiple shipments to speed up the delivery. Therefore, they may arrive separately. Each package will come with its tracking number. Please visit the order tracking page to check if your order has been split into multiple packages.

Missing Items After Receiving All Packages

If you’ve received all packages from your order and you’re still missing items, please contact us.

Order Not Received

Follow these steps if you received a delivery notification but did not receive your items.

Shipping Orders

If the tracking details show that your package has arrived, but you cannot locate it:

  • Look around the delivery location and check if it has been left in a safe place.
  • Review the delivery confirmation to see if it was at a different location.
  • Ask your household members and neighbors.
  • Double-check the address saved in your Optcore.net account and ensure that it does not have any spelling or numerical errors.
  • Wait for two business days to see if the package arrives as sometimes carriers may mark packages as delivered before they arrive.

If you still haven’t received the package after two business days, please contact us to get further assistance.

Delivery Orders

If you have received a delivery and the tracking details indicate that your package was delivered, but you are unable to locate it:

  • Check the delivery confirmation photo. Do you recognize the doorway in the image?
  • If the photo shows a different house, verify your address on Google Maps to ensure that the rooftop pin is accurate. 
  • Contact us
  • Request a refund by starting a return.

 

Here are some troubleshooting steps to ensure that an order is delivered to the correct address.

  • Is the shipping address correct?
  • Is there an access code that we need to give the driver?
  • Do you have any specific delivery instructions for your order?
  • Do any of the items require a signature?
  • Is it a business address with set hours of operation?

How to check my order history?

To review your Optcore.net order history, follow below steps:

  • Login to your account from the website and view your order history on your dashboard.
  • Click the “View” button to find the corresponding order details. You may repeat the order by quickly clicking the “Order again” button.

How to reorder?

To review your Optcore.net order history, follow the below steps:

  • Login to your account from the website
  • Choose the order you want to order again, click the “View” button
  • Click the “Order again” button below the order details

Note:
Only the completed order supports reordering; the other orders with the status of “on hold”, “canceled”, or “refunded” don’t support reordering.
