Notice: Delivery Delays Due to COVID-19 Outbreaks in Shanghai

Dear customer,

Due to the recent COVID Omicron variant outbreak in Shanghai, the city has been on lockdown for some days and has plunged into an extended lockdown to prevent COVID. All the shipping forwarders, including FedEx, UPS, TNT, DHL, and Aramex, have temporarily closed their services in Shanghai.

Due to the location near Shanghai, all shipments may be delayed. We are still open to operating but will have limited ability to fulfill orders. All pending orders may be delayed, and we expect the shipping will return to regular operation around April 20.

We will closely monitor the COVID-19 situation and work to fulfill the orders as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may cause you and hope your kind understand.
