Register

Creating an account with Optcore is easy. You can do it by clicking the “register” button on the right header corner or during the order process. Just enter your email and password to create an account.

Having an account with Optcore is secure and convenient for ordering. It also helps you keep track of your order history so you can reorder items you’ve purchased before.

 

Login

Login to your account from the website using your username and password. In the My Account navigation, you may easily change your email address, billing and shipping addresses, check your order history, etc.

Forget Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following the steps below.

1. On Optcore.net, visit the Reset Password page.
2. Enter the email address or username on file with your Optcore account.
3. Click Reset password button.
4. You’ll receive an receive with the subject “Password reset” and contain a reset link. 
5. Select Reset your password in the email.
6. Enter your new password. Confirm your password by entering it again. 
7. Select Save button.

If you have yet to receive the email within 5 minutes, please check your spam box or try again later.

Change Password

To change your password, please follow the steps below:

1. Login to your account on Optcore using your user name and password.
2. In the My Account navigation, click on “Account Details“.
3. Below the “Password” field, enter your current password, new password, and then confirm your new password.
4. Finally, click on “Save Changes” to register your new password.
 

Change Bill/Shipping Address

To change your billing/shipping address, please follow the steps below:

1. Login to your account on Optcore using your user name and password.
2. In the My Account navigation, click on “Addresses“.
3. Click “Edit” and enter your new addresss.
4. Finally, click “Save Address” button to register your new address.

 

Email Notification

In most cases, you will receive an email notification when the below occasions occur.

  • Register new account
  • Order confirmation
  • Cancel order
  • Order status changed
  • Shipment notification
  • Password changed
 

If you can not receive the email notifications, check for several reasons. 

  • Check your spam box, make sure that your email account won’t filter or block us
  • Check if your email address is correct
  • Contact us for further assistance

Delete Account

At present, you can not delete the account by yourself. However, If you still want to delete your account on Optcore.net, please Contact us for assistance. Our support team will delete your account once we get your approval.

Note: once the account is deleted, all information, including order history, address and others details, will be deleted completely. Therefore, please be careful when deleting your account.
