Dear Valued Customers and Partners,

At OPTCORE our top priority is the well-being and safety of our customers, employees and the community at large. We are continually monitoring and learning more about the developments of COVID-19. We wanted to give you an update on what you can expect as loyal fans.

We have added extra social distancing guidelines for all our staff to ensure contact is kept to a minimum to reduce the impact and the spread of the virus.

Please expect shipping delays for all countries and all your orders. Some countries are quarantining parcels for between 48 and 72 hours, however, we have been unable to identify a concrete list of these countries, so it’s best to assume that all shipments may be subject to delays.
