This 56G QSFP+ DAC cable is a passive direct attach copper cable assembly for 56G InfiniBand or 40GbE Ethernet systems. It is compatible with Mellanox MC2207130-002 and provides a cost-effective alternative to the original 56G DAC cables. This 56G cable is suitable for very short distances and offers a highly cost-effective way to establish a 56 Gigabit link connectivity between devices using QSFP+ ports. It is suitable for 56Gb/s InfiniBand FDR interconnecting networking applications such as high-performance computing (HPC), enterprise networking including top-of-rack switching, and network storage markets.
