Enterasys MGBIC-LC03 Compatible 1000BASE-SX SFP Transceiver Module (MMF, 1310nm, 2km, LC)
Optcore’s compliant MGBIC-LC03 provides a high performance and cost-effective small form factor pluggable transceiver for 1000BASE-SX Gigabit Ethernet and 1G Fiber Channel application. It fully complies with the Multi-Sourcing Agreement (MSA) and can be used on the MSA compliant networking equipment. The compliant MGBIC-LC03 is tested to be compatible with Enterasys networking equipment including Ethernet Switches, Ethernet Routers, Network Interface Cards (NICs) and Media Converters.
The optics is an ideal equivalent to Enterasys MGBIC-LC03 1000BASE-SX 1310nm MMF 2km SFP Transceiver but with much lower price, which provides a reliable compatible solution for system integrator, distributors and end users in network infrastructure and fiber cabling. The optics consist of the below sections: the LD driver, the limiting amplifier, the VCSEL laser and the PIN photo-detector. It is a Class 1 laser product complies with FDA/CDRH and IEC-60825 standards.
