Wire Transfer

Payment is sent directly from your bank to Optcore. Usually, we will have your payment within 2~4 business days.

Please send us the T/T payment slip, invoice number and order ID to [email protected] or contact your sales representative.

Note: If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still proceed with your checkout. Just select Credit/Debit Card, and you’ll be taken to a secure page. Here, you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment via PayPal.

Currencies

The currency you use to pay for purchases will vary based on the country you are in and the payment method you select. If you wish to change the default currency, click on the right header corner of our website and select the preferred currency for payment. Please note that if you pay via bank transfer, the only available currencies are USD and EUR.

Although certain carriers within the United States offer COD as a shipping option, we can not accept cash on delivery.

NET 30 Terms

We also provide Net 30 days terms for the business customer. Contact us to download the Application Form to request your credit.

Optcore offers Net 30 payment terms to its eligible business customers. This payment option gives them the flexibility to pay for their products by wire or credit card within 30 days after the product ships. Once the product ships, Optcore will notify the business customers of the payment due date and send an invoice to the contact stored in their account.
 
If you are a business customer, you can take advantage of this offer to boost your business’s cash flow. With Net 30 payment terms, you can pay for your orders within 30 days without any extra fees or interest. This helps you manage your budget better while growing your business.

 

How to Apply for Net Terms

To apply for Net Terms, fill out the credit application form and choose the payment method that suits you best. Our standard term is Net 30. It usually takes around 3-5 business days to process your application, and we’ll notify you of your application status via email. If you have any questions or need more information, feel free to reach out to your account manager.

What if I am denied Net 30 payment?   

Unfortunately, we cannot always provide a Net 30 payment terms. If you have questions or concerns regarding this decision, don’t hesitate to contact Optcore Credit Services at [email protected].

Please note that while you are not eligible for Net 30 terms at this time, you may reapply at a later date.

Change Currencies 

The currency you use to pay for your purchases depends on the country you are in and the payment method you choose. If you want to change the default currency, click on the top right corner of our website and select the currency you prefer to pay with.

How to Get My Order Invoice

OPTCORE provides an invoice for all orders made through our official website. For online orders, you will receive an automated email with an enclosed invoice once the order is complete. You may check your email box and download it.

However, sometimes, if you can not receive the invoice by email. You can easily download the invoice from your account in the orders interface.

  • Login to your account from the website and find the target order.
  • Click the “Invoice” button to download. 

Note: for the order status of “On hold,” “Refund,” and “Cancelled,” the invoice is not available to download.
