Cisco GLC-SX-MMD Compatible Module SFP 1000BASE-SX (MMF, 850nm, 550m, LC, DOM)

Ce module SFP compatible Cisco GLC-SX-MMD prend en charge la connectivité 1000BASE-SX sur un câble en fibre multimode (MMF). Il supporte une distance de liaison de 550m sur une fibre 50um OM2, ou 220m sur une fibre 62.5um OM1. Ce module est conforme aux normes SFP MSA, IEEE 802.3z et SFF-8472, et convient donc à tout équipement compatible MSA. Au lieu d’un fournisseur OEM, il provient d’OPTCORE, un fabricant tiers. Il offre donc un prix très abordable par rapport à l’original. Plus important encore, nous codons et testons chaque émetteur-récepteur pour nous assurer qu’il fonctionne avec les commutateurs réseau 1G Cisco, les routeurs, les serveurs et les cartes d’interface réseau (NIC).

With a little reservation I swapped to the non-OEM/generic transceivers but there has been no difference at all except for the massive savings. They work just as well and the switch doesn’t magically fail just because I don’t use a branded transceiver. Service and delivery are outstanding. Highly recommended.
