Does this SFP work with Cisco C9200L-24P-4G?
Yes, this module can be compatible with C9200L-24P-4G switch without any issue.
Can I use the GLC-SX-MMD with single mode fiber cable?
No, we don't recommend using it with SMF. This SFP is a multimode transceiver with 850nm wavelength, but if you like, you may add a mode condition patch cable to avoid bit error.
Is it compatible with SG350-28P-K9-EU & SG350-28SFP-K9-EU?
Yes, it works perfectly with both switches.

With a little reservation I swapped to the non-OEM/generic transceivers but there has been no difference at all except for the massive savings. They work just as well and the switch doesn’t magically fail just because I don’t use a branded transceiver. Service and delivery are outstanding. Highly recommended.
