Il s&rsquo;agit plut\u00f4t d&rsquo;organisations informelles compos\u00e9es de nombreux fournisseurs d&rsquo;\u00e9metteurs-r\u00e9cepteurs de premier plan, de fabricants d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements et de contributeurs de l&rsquo;industrie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En \u00e9tablissant et en publiant les accords, tous les fournisseurs de l&rsquo;industrie peuvent suivre les m\u00eames sp\u00e9cifications de base.
